Important information that you need to know before you order from the b.shigley designs online boutique:
The factory: This is a one woman factory here at the b.shigley headquarters. Please expect 2-3 weeks for creation of the bag and delivery. If you need to get the bag sooner, let me know and we'll work it out!
Shipping: All shipping is done Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service. You will be emailed a confirmation number so you can track your shipment and see where in the world it is!
Payments: Payments online are made through Paypal and can be paid with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover...not to mention an E-check! The possibilities are endless!
If you would like to send a money order through mail, you must fill out this form along with a money order made payable to Brandi Shigley. The address is on the form of where to mail it.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the bag within 7 days, unused. Please let me know why you are unsatisfied with the bag and I will give you store credit for a different bag.
