I can’t believe that freakin’ March is in a week! This month really just flew by.  I’m enjoying the snowy chilliness but honestly, I could use an ocean, a beach, the sun, and some sand right about now.

I actually completed every single task on my to do list and even stayed late! i arrived at Fashion Denver at 10 and have been working ever since.  A fantastically productive PR meeting with the fabulous band The Lovely and Talented took up most of my day, but other than that, I FINALLY got my SLJ’s done (S*&tty Little Jobs).  Next job! Filing and organizing!!  But baby steps.

It’s interesting how music can take you back to another time and place. Listening to my DJ Krush station on Pandora draws me to San Diego and Baja and I time where in a way, I was fancy and care free! Not so committed to a “career” but still being creative. I’ve grown up A LOT since then but sometimes miss the care free-ness.  Fortunately, I can create that freedom, but just with more responsibility.

Fat Boy Slim just informed me that “The Weekend Starts Here” so I best get my weekend on! I have a big performance tomorrow night with B.Sous at Westword’s Artopia party.  After the show, I’m so excited to get my music studio dialed in at home again. I also want to clear off my laptop so I can make music on it

And just to put it out there, I want to produce and direct short films and videos.  NEW GOAL!!!
